Excellent location near the metro, there was an incredibly helpful Asian staff member who could speak Cantonese who gave us extremely helpful tips and arranged for a box of snacks to take when we told them we couldn't make the breakfast due to our early flight- he also encouraged us to book a far earlier taxi to avoid the traffic- we would've missed our flight otherwise if we left at our original time. Would stay again next time we visit Paris.

The breakfast is excellent and the service is very good although the location is a little bit walking from the Metro station overall it is a nice place to stay.
