Alguns pontos negativos são os seguintes:não existe receção durante fora do horário das 11ham-12pm e por isso, não recomendo que reservem voos de chegada na madrugada, além disto muitas das vezes não havia disponível staff de manhã porque estavam todos a dormira essa hora,têm que melhorar a limpeza das casas de banho pois estava um nojo e também as casa de banho são mistas o que como mulher é desconfortável . Por outro lado, a staff é super simpática e generosa, têm disponível uma cozinha e dispõe toalhas e as camas são, relativamente confortáveis. No entanto, a localização é ótima, está a 10 minutos, aproximadamente, a pé da praia parede e a praia de avencas.

it was not amazing. English was not spoken by the check in person. I have needed the google translation to make it conversation. When we been there, we were a bit late due to the flight disruption and the check in person told us that the system has override our booking. We nearly had a sleepless night and they offerred us to share with other person to spend the night. There were no choice. We accepted it to share with other strangers. They did not let us sleep nicely because of talkative persons involved there in the room. Overall we had a very bad experience. We are not satisfied the money we paid for. Will not book again.

Was hard to find. Not a pleasant location at all. Took deposit 10 Euro for key and on one was there at checkout to give back.

This hostel is not in Cascais Centre of same address. But a great stay none the less. Near buses and next to little train station. A bit far to walk to Cascais !

At the reception they don't know English. Booked a room for three, we are given a room with six beds, and we struggled to move in two, I dare not imagine six. An employee tells us that the structure does not have rooms for 3, although we have actually verified that they exist. Dirty sheets and towels, we obviously asked for a new change, again dirty, justifying that they have a problem with the washing machine. The cleaning of the bathroom is very bad, it is cleaned every two days. Such as that of the kitchen, I make you imagine the dirt. I strongly advise against it, don't be fooled by the price and the photos. The location is excellent as it is a step away from the station, in 20 minutes you arrive in Cascais and Lisbon, in addition there is the station for taxis, buses and Bolt (scooters) exactly under the structure.

Very dirty bathroom, sheets and pillows stained with blood and full of dust. The kitchen is very dirty, the pots have been dirty for days. Booked a room for 3 people and they were given one with 6 beds, shameful. I strongly advise against do not be fooled by the price
