So clean and the room is very comfortable and smells so good

I checked in for a one night stay and found it satisfactory. The check in process was easy, but it took a while because I was behind a large group when I arrived and only one person was at the front desk. Once a second person showed up, I was helped, but then they offered me a bottle of water they did not have available. Instead of taking one from the convenience shop, it was just "oh well." I ended up getting one later when I stopped back at the desk, so it was not as huge deal. Room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, well stocked, and had good water pressure. The only negative thing about the location is the weird traffic pattern at the hotel. In order to leave, you have to drive all the way around the buildings next door. Very odd.

Please do not stay here this was the worst hotel experience of my life. I have always chosen Marriott due to the consistency of their cleanliness. It is clear I must do a deep dive prior to staying with Marriott in the future. Bed bugs are definitely present. I was traveling with 3 children one of whom is only 2 years old. Here is a quick overview: Room 152 1. checked in at 12:21 am with 3 children 2. Saw several small bugs in the room and hall way. 3. Read a review that is no longer posted that night indicating bed bugs and discussed with management said they had never heard of anything and had been there "awhile" 4. With one child as young as 2 decided we need to get out of there. This was approximately 2:15 am. 4. My children's legs and arms started itching and within a short time it was clear they had been bitten. 5. Confirmed with physician in fact they had been bitten by bed bugs. 6. Called every day after with no response at least hoping that no mother in their right mind would take 3 children out of a hotel at 2 am in an unfamiliar area and at least get the $100.00 per hour reimbursed. To date this has not happened. Be careful and do not stay here!
