Thi is a fabulous hotel. It's beautifully landscaped, the room we had was gorgous and spacious, the staff were unbelievably nice and helpful, and they have two pools that are gorgeous. The owner is on top of things morning, noon and night, and is helpful in every way. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived, and our room had a king sized bed, a living area with a long leather sofa, a double sink in the bathroom with a huge soaking tub plus a glass shower, separate toilet area with additional bidet and urinal. Our glass windows opened up to a private patio facing the smaller pool for just the guests in our building, which was 5 star. We didn't see the main building's rooms which are apparently a bit older and are 4 star. The main building has Michelin rated restaurant where we ate the first night. The service was very nice, and the food was delicious. If you have breakfast there, they bring each person a carafe of the most delicious fresh squeezed orange juice, a bag containing a croissant, a pain au chocolate, and a couple of other pastries, iwth homemade jam, both plain and saled butter, and indiviual glasses with fresh fruit salad, rice pudding, cottage cheese, and homemade appu compote. And they bring you coffee or tea as ordered, and offer scrambled eggs, bacon and ham. It's in the courtyard adjacent to the main house and the pool, and is surrounded by trees and bushes and the sounds of chirping birds and a bubbling fountain. This place is divine. My only complaint was that there were no railings on the steps going into and out of the pools, so it was very diffiult to get in and our safely, especially since the first step was very deep. But the water was wonderful. And if you wanted drinks or food at the pool or in your room they would bring it to you. This hotel is also very safe feeling with locked doors and gates to get through to access the rooms and pool areas.
