Sensationelle Aussicht und hervorragendes Essen
Ich bin 2 Meter lang und "gut gebaut" und tue mir schwer mit niedrigen und schmalen Betten und generell mit niedrigen Sitzgelegenheiten.
Mir war das Bett viel zu nieder und zu schmal und alle Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer ebenfalls viel zu tief, aber
das liegt einfach an meiner Körpergröße.

Der persönliche Service, das unbeschreiblich nette Personal, die Suiten, das Essen, der Pool, das Wellness, alles stimmt einfach 100%. Jedes Mal ein Aufenthalt den man nicht mehr toppen kann. Awesome Hotel
Awesome hotel and staff. The view of the lake is super. Complimentary electric car and bikes to go around the town. The chlorine free pool and jacuzzi are great.

This was simply an excellent stay! The junior suites are incredible with the view of Lugano living up to the name of the hotel. The balcony was spacious and having complimentary breakfast room service was excellent. The staff were so incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful. The complimentary electric Smart cars for getting around town were also an incredible boon.
