While this resort should have been the "highlight" of our trip to Nassau, some things happened during our trip that made us reconsider if we should stay here again if we were to ever return again.
The good: the property have lots of wildlife, plants and water park to keep you entertained while you're here. Variety of food options in resort.
The bad: While the food is average about $30 per person per meal, the taste is mediocre for what you get. Older property, some things did not work well in our rooms, i.e., Loud AC, broken hairdryer.
The really bad: Got charged to my room for something we didn't use we're still trying to dispute. Hotel staff doesn't ask you your last name, just your room number to charge to your room. Seems like anyone to charge anything to your room.

The room I stayed in this time was very comfortable, with exquisite decoration and complete facilities. In particular, the scenery outside the window was refreshing. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery both during the day and at night. However, the efficiency of the room service does need to be improved. Whether it is food delivery or cleaning service, the waiting time is long, which affects the overall stay experience. I hope the hotel can improve in this regard and increase the service speed, which will make the guest experience more perfect. Overall, the room and the scenery are great, but the service speed is indeed too slow

We stayed at The Coral at Atlantis Bahamas and had a great time! The location is unbeatable, absolutely stunning beaches like the Edge private beach and Cove Beach made the trip worth it on their own. The pools were plentiful and relaxing, perfect for both families and adults. The resort itself is clean and well-kept, with lots to explore throughout the Atlantis property. The drink spots and cafés were surprisingly great…strong cocktails, solid coffee, and good vibes. As expected, food was mediocre, but I went in knowing that. Prices are definitely Disney-level, so plan accordingly. Overall, if you’re coming for the sun, sand, and tropical, Caribbean beauty , The Coral delivers a beautiful, easygoing experience.

The most horrific view in the room, looking down at old water pools and an old closed hotel. Old outdated rooms, one broken elevator out of 2 and unfriendly employees.

The rooms are just okay. You’re paying for the name of “Atlantis” not for the quality it provides. I did not enjoy not having hot water and the power going out which caused us to have to use the stairwells.

Let me start by saying I have never done this. But, my family and I were so excited to finally be at Atlantis and after a mere 7 hours here, it has been nothing but a terrible experience. It all started at check in.. prior to arriving I’d called the front desk multiple times to make sure I would have connecting rooms. I was told yes. We get to the hotel and all of a sudden our rooms were switched and we weren’t promised connecting rooms. This was not an option with a young family. Not only did we need to wait past the 4pm promised check in time, but the front desk staff was not overly pleasant during the whole ordeal. While waiting for our room, we went for our first meal, again greeted by such unpleasant staff. They wouldn’t even let us charge to room (front desk told us we could). It didn’t stop there. Our kids were in the bath when all of a sudden the water coming out was yellow. There was a power failure earlier that affected the water, but nobody was made aware, so our kids were bathing in god knows what. The evening was topped off by room service that was not edible. We are hoping to sleep tonight but the AC unit sounds like a freight train in our room. The first 7 hours into the vacation have been underwhelming to say the least. I truly hope it gets better.
