"Nice hotel, however we think it's overrated. The hotel doesn't worth the price. The room didn't have soap, which is the basic for such kind of hotel. No hair towel. In addition to that, the hot tubes were no working, same with the outside swimming pool. Good breakfast though. "

"The clean, large and comfortable cabin was made daily towels (without washing of loose) and changed towels . The only thing that hungry is that the cabin was offered with regular breakfast, served at the table, without eggs or fruit and a small milk jarret only “to cut the coffee” . When you go with children you wait for another kind of breakfast. Point to improve , but the rest well"

"The surrounding area are very nice, immersed in the forest, but the cabin itself was terrible. The cabin was for 6 people, but all spaces were too small. The cabins table was not able to seat 6, the bathroom very tight and not enough plates for everyone. The shower was broken so we had to call the front desk to get it repaired, fortunately they fixed it within an hour. You would think that 250 USD a night would get you at least a cabin with soap and shampoo, but there was nothing. And we didn’t get a hand towel either. Besides all that, the cabin is very poorly constructed, tight spaces, electrical conduit on plain sight, holes on the wall and a very steep and unsafe stair. In conclusion, the cabin is not worth what you pay for."

"Friendly service, good brekky with enough coffee, filter though. Comfy room with wooden decorations that seem to be a thing in Panguipulli. My friend had problems with the noise from the street in the middle of the night but apparently nothing ear plugs could not handle."
