The hotel is brand new and super comfortable. The walking distance to Alona beach and McDonald’s area is only 12-15 minutes. Before entering the hotel area there are few local houses with chickens, roosters and dogs that might make noise, but the safety and comfort are guaranteed in the hotel. The receptionist and apparently the owner’s son is super helpful and friendly. We loved the bed and the AC there. The guy helped us with finding an early bird tricycle driver and even fetched a fresh pomelo from their garden. We definitely recommend this hotel, especially after staying at more expensive, but very tiny and smelly rooms in the same area. The room size made us feel soooo good and relaxing.

The best part of staying here is the very friendly and welcoming staff. By then end of my stay I felt like part of the extended family. Scooter rental right in the courtyard was helpful too. They cut down a pomelo and served it to me. Just nice people. The room itself had no frills and the mold smell in the bathroom was really bad. That can be easily fixed. Be prepared to be woke up by roosters.

I don't know what criteria Trip.com uses for rating stars, but this is just a guesthouse, not even worthy of one star. It doesn't even have a coffee pot. I don't think it's worth more than 15,000 won per day. For that price, book a departure or arrival package with a Korean company like Boat Travel.

This is our second stay at this hotel – we really like it here. There is hot water, a cooler with water and coffee is available at any time of the day. Convenient location – the hotel is located near the airport. Comfortable rooms.

It's very cheap and good quality. Everything is good, but the animals howl at dawn and wake me up.

The room is spacious, clean, the owners are very nice people. The only downside is the noisy neighbors around, I hope this issue will be resolved in the future.

Everything is great, but during all the days of my stay, the trash was not taken out of the room and the room was not cleaned)) although, apparently, in hotels in the Philippines, you need to ask for this
