my experience was not very gud in pallavi west
1. The Manager's Behaviour was very rude specially when we asked him for Early Check in , He asked me for extra charges and when I said I do come here oftenly still his behaviour was realy rude .
2.Washroom are not upto the mark ...seems like they have not upgraded washroom since long time ...
3.Ambience of room is too Darkish type.
4. Lights are way to bright .
5. overall it was last time in the hotel as next time onwards I will go for better option .
6. Avoid if u can as the behaviour of staff is rude

Worth a visit especially for a family weekend. Courteous staff and great service. Indoor play area for kids is a big plus point.

hotels location is good, accessibility no issue. room is also good. issue with toilet, it's bit dirty. although was cleaned bhut still not up to the mark
