Amazing stay, comfort at its best. Very peaceful. Very friendly and supportive staff. Food is excellent would rate 5 star for the stay and food. Special thanks to the chef who made my children feel special.

We inform u that we were asked to check out prematurely on 31st may inspite of our booking and advance payment till 1st june. This was horrible experience and we demand 100% refund of amount we paid towards this booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Victoria The Fern Resort. The food was really delicious. Rooms are spacious with balcony. They have a nice swimming pool with valley views, which is really nice !! We are really impressed with special attention by the chef team. They listened to our feedback and also surprised my daughter with a special cup cake with golden dust on it. We will definitely visit this property again !!!
