"Our stay at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa on 19th April was nothing short of exceptional, made even more special as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday with a staycation. Right from the moment we arrived, the experience was elevated by the outstanding hospitality extended by Krishnendu at the front office. His warmth, humility, and impeccable attention to detail truly set the tone for our stay. He is a shining example of what great hospitality looks like, and I genuinely believe he has the potential to grow into an exceptional GM someday. Our room was exactly as promised clean, well-maintained, and true to the images shared. The support staff across the property were impressively quick, responsive, and always willing to assist. The high tea experience was enjoyable, with delicious offerings, though it could benefit from a slightly wider selection. That said, the quality of what was served more than made up for it. A special mention must go to the team at Red Brick Room. Robin stood out for his exceptional service proactive, attentive, and always ensuring our requests were met seamlessly, followed by thoughtful check-ins. Suresh and Aksha were equally commendable in their approach and service standards. However, what truly elevated our dining experience was Chef Pritam. His personal involvement, constant engagement with guests and genuine care especially towards our 4-year-old son made a lasting impression. His warmth, attentiveness, and passion for hospitality make him a true asset to the hotel. We look forward to returning soon not just for the beautiful property, but for the incredible people who make the experience so memorable."
