No Manager to talk to when your accessible room is not accessible after switching your room for a second time. Clearly front desk have no idea what accessible means, even when your reservation with ******* clearly says "two queen beds and accessible role in shower". Front desk staff are rude. Doug is clearly into gaslighting Women. No AC in the lobby, filthy carpet, no ice in ice machines, no towels in hot tub, no toilet paper in rooms. Staff were cleaning counters and tables in lobby with face towels. Best Western? I think not! someone from corporate needs to looking to this branch, it's ruining their brand. More on par with an inner city motel 6. Still waiting for a call from the Manger that works 7-3pm but not really because they live next door and rarely are actually working.

The staff here is very nice, professional, and friendly. They made my stay very comfortable . The rooms are great. The prices are good. It is the perfect location. Only 20 min to Rochester. 5 min to LDS Church HIstory Sites, and 20 minutes to Canandaigua Lake. A small drive to Victor to see the Seneca Museum. I thought it was a great hotel and conveniently located. I will stay here again. See you next year!

The room was not bad. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom vanity was super small. While we were there the air conditioning in the halls and lobby was not working and it was stifling hot. We arrived a bit early (one hour.) The room was ready, but I was charged a fee to to check in 50 minutes early. (Most hotels I've stayed at allow you to check in a little early with no fee.) The breakfast was less than stellar. They have no actual half and half or cream for your coffee, only powdered and flavored creamers. Not a great hotel, but not bad.

The location of this hotel in Palmyra can't be beat for touring historic sites; however, room 108 was not great. The room had a very musty/ damp smell - we bought and used a full bottle of Febreeze room spray in 2 days. The bathroom was not clean - a dead bug on the shower wall, brown spots that wiped away on the shower floor, a used flosser on the tile floor and other people hair all over (floor, shower, toilet). The toilet flush had to be held down until the tank drained for TP to flush down. The walls of the bathroom and room had stains. The TV semi- worked with lines and glitching out every few minutes. Breakfast was fine but as soon items were gone (yogurt, fruit...) there was no restocking. Beds were fine but pillows were small and lumpy. The inside of the hotel could use new lighting and a deep clean. I'd look elsewhere before booking here.

Not worth the money. Air conditioning in lobby not working. Tub did not drain. carpets threadbare. Breakfast underwhelming at best. Staff generally very nice but not very nice place. I understand it is only hotel in Palmyra but it should be better, esp for that money. When I booked online for king Suite, it showed a picture of another whole room. It did NOT have that; just an extra sofa. If I went again, I would commute from Rochester or look for a B and B. This place definitely not worth the money. I do not know who gave reviews for a 4.2 average, but the facility is nowhere near that. The staff were but not the hotel itself. We got 2 rooms. Both similar.
