AzuLine Hotel Palmanova Garden ★★★
"Room needs love and care"
Reverence Mare Hotel - Adults Only ★★★★
"Full breakfast, good facilities. Recommended for location, type of pools, spa... Quite complete."
Fergus Club Palmanova Park ★★★★
"Would not recommend this hotel. It is certainly not a 4 star. Poor selection of food. The meat and fish were over cooked and barely edible, food not replenished quickly meaning less choice. Rooms and general hotel needs a good deep clean. The corridors are dark and dingy. Felt like we were in a hostel not a 4 star hotel. 5 minute walk from beach and supermarket."
Hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis ★★★★
"Great location. Excellent room."
Globales Panamá ★★★★
"Avoid this hotel. Our holiday was ruined. We stayed at Globales Panama in July 2026 after booking a seven-night package holiday through TUI for approximately £2,900. It was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday, but it became one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, problems started. Our room was filthy. There was thick dust throughout the room, hair left by previous guests and, most shockingly, visible faecal residue still inside the toilet. This room had clearly not been properly cleaned or inspected before being given to new guests. The air conditioning in our room repeatedly failed during the night. Although the display showed 16°C, the room became unbearably hot and my wife barely slept for four nights out of our seven-night holiday. Only later were we told that the unit actually required replacement because of a faulty control board. My mother's room also had defective air conditioning from the first night. Instead of moving her, the hotel simply gave her a portable fan. When we were finally moved from Room 514 to Room 515, we expected the problems to be over. Instead, the replacement room was also dirty. We immediately found hair, dust, sticky shelves, dirt in the bathroom and heavy grime inside the wardrobe. My wife ended up cleaning parts of the room herself with disinfectant wipes before unpacking because she no longer trusted the hotel's housekeeping. Reception staff saw the filthy wipes and housekeeping management attended the room. Food hygiene then became another serious concern. The day after arrival my wife became seriously ill with gastrointestinal symptoms after breakfast. Later in the holiday our healthy 16-year-old son also became ill after eating breakfast at the hotel. He developed stomach pain, diarrhoea and nausea, forcing us to cancel our planned day in Palma. Afterwards he became so worried about the hotel's food that he refused to eat breakfast there for the rest of the holiday, so we had to pay to eat elsewhere. We also photographed and filmed undercooked eggs with raw egg white still visible, together with hair attached to a sausage. These photographs and videos form part of the evidence we have submitted. Throughout the holiday we spent hours dealing with reception, housekeeping and the TUI representative instead of enjoying our holiday. One of the advertised outdoor restaurant terraces that influenced our booking decision was unavailable throughout our stay. On our final day conditions inside the hotel became so uncomfortable that we paid for our own transport to the airport instead of waiting for the transfer. This was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but based on our experience it fell nowhere near that standard. Basic cleanliness, room inspection, maintenance and food hygiene all fell well below what any guest should reasonably expect. We documented everything with photographs and videos and submitted a detailed formal complaint. After months of corresponden"
Globales Mimosa ★★★★
"Absolutely shocking experience. I have never bothered to write a single review before until this holiday. This was one of the most disgusting and upsetting hotel stays I have ever experienced. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into a nightmare due to repeated issues with cleanliness, safety and privacy. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard when we arrived. Towels were stained, the bedsheets were marked, and I even found glass on the floor. Finding broken glass in a guest room is dangerous and completely unacceptable. There was sand on the bedsheets and hairs everywhere. The most disturbing incident involved our toothbrushes. We left them in the bathroom during the day while housekeeping was in the room. Later, when we returned, I noticed brown residue on my toothbrush before I used it. I immediately stopped using it and took photographs. The toothbrush also had a strong body odour smell that was not there previously. My friend’s toothbrush had a strong fish-like smell. We were both disgusted and extremely concerned about how our personal belongings had been handled while we were out of the room. We don’t know who did it but I hope the hotel is investigating it because there’s no way that happened by accident. It looks like my toothbrush has been wiped on the toilet brush. I cannot explain exactly how this happened, but the condition and smell of the toothbrushes after housekeeping had been in the room left us feeling uncomfortable and unable to trust the cleanliness of the hotel. To make matters worse, a staff member entered our room unexpectedly during the holiday. No knock or anything, we had just woken up and both of us were just in underwear. This happened when my friend was sat on the toilet with the door open which is right next to the door of our room, and I was lying in bed. This was alarming and felt like a complete invasion of privacy. Guests should be able to feel safe and secure in their accommodation. When we asked reception if there was a policy about staff knocking and told her what had just happened, she said ‘yes’ and gave us a do not disturb sign to put on our door. If this hotel was really a 4 star there should have been a simple apology for the privacy breach that happened. Our key cards stopped working every day, being on the 8th floor we had to spend 20 mins of our day waiting for one of the 3 awful lifts to get a new key card. The food is awful, seems like the hotel cuts corners to not spend money. Food is bland and gave me a dodgy stomach every day. Drinks are watered down, and if you want proper cocktails, you have to pay even if you’re all inclusive. Ice creams, you have to pay for at the snack bar. By the end of the trip, we felt angry, uncomfortable and deeply disappointed. Between the stained towels, marked bedding, broken glass on the floor, concerns about hygiene, and people entering the room unexpectedly, this hotel fell far below even the most basic standards expected b"
Aparthotel Ponent Mar ★★★★
"It is an apartment-type hotel with kitchen facilities. First of all, the pool is very well-made and the accessibility to the beach restaurant is good. Among the restaurants, the restaurant called Amour? (the most luxurious of them) is still memorable because it provides really delicious food and service without having to go to other restaurants. The room is not that good, but considering the accessibility to the sea and the surrounding environment, it is okay!"
Palmanova Beach Apartments by TRH ★★★★
"Unbelievable, love this place and the staff that make your holiday so memorable. Reception received on arrival, bar and catering staff & especially housekeeping. It is truly an amazing experience. Nothing is ever too much for any member of the team. They literally go above and beyond to make your stay special on a daily basis. Location is ideal for the great experience that Parmanova as to offer. I could literally ramble through all the complimentary statements. But seeing is believing and truly enjoying this beautiful part of Majorca. Thank you all, in no particular order, Tracy and reception team, Victoria, Rosi, Miguel and a massive hug to the ladies from house keeping, thank you all for making our holiday and looking forward to seeing you soon xxx"
Fergus Style Palmanova - Adults Only ★★★★
"In this season, it is relatively deserted and the hotel is a bit old. There are only a few parking spaces at the back and there is no charge. The room was very old and the water in the bathroom was blocked and blocked, causing a lot of water to flow into the room. Water leaked from the shower head, and the breakfast was average. But the location is very good. There is a beach just outside the hotel and you can watch the sunrise. This is also considered a small city. It's okay to go to the city, almost 20 minutes. The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, with a transparent swimming pool above it. The water was too cold and I didn’t get into it."

Suites Roc Portonova
"We have had a wonderful stay at Roc Porto Nova in Palma Nova. The hotel has a fantastic location close to the beach, lovely surroundings, and a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always make you feel welcome. A special thank you to Sergio, one of the waiters, who really made a difference during our stay. He has amazing energy, always a big smile, and provides excellent service. His positive attitude and kindness make guests feel valued and create a great atmosphere around the hotel. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Roc Porto Nova. A lovely hotel with great staff, a warm atmosphere, and service that makes you want to come back. We highly recommend this hotel and would especially like to thank Sergio for making our stay even better."
Zafiro Palmanova
"4th time staying at this hotel and the whole family love it. My two kids are so comfortable here the staff are all lovely. Kids club team and bar/ restaurant staff all work so hard. Recommend this hotel to everyone and will be back next year."
Hotel Palia Tropico Playa
"We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the area. The hotel was clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and varied throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Łukasz, one of the chefs, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."
Sol Palmanova Mallorca
"Just returned from a 4 night stay. Rooms are small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mattresses are very hard but that’s a personal preference thing some people may like. Food available from 8am to 11pm, breakfast lunch and dinner with snacks in between. Good range and variety of food from fresh healthy food to chips and burgers. Entertainment on all day for kids and adults, no pressure to join in however evenings are very much catered to elderly Spanish guests. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean throughout with people always cleaning They Use a token system for drinks and use reusable cups, a bit off putting as no matter what drink you order you get in a brown reusable beaker. Ok for soft drinks but not beer or wine Location is excellent right in middle of palma nova, 100 yards from the beach. Was perfect for short break away, but not sure if I could do a full week or longer as food etc would all become very repetitive"
Globales Palmanova Palace
"Andrea in animation was really brilliant, really makes a big effort getting everyone involved in all activities, he's speaks many languages which is rare, he really made a big difference to our holiday, this young guy was fantastic"
Apartamentos Martha's
"Excellent position! Friendly staff and nice room! Large apartment, only the kitchen utensils left a little to be desired"
Martinez Apartments
"Great apartment. Very spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. The apartments are in a great location, near the beach and restaurants. The apartments are across the street from Hotel Gabarda, which is where you need to book in, this is 24 hour service. We didn't know this on arrival, and you can't see the apartments from the hotel entrance, so maybe worth knowing this! We had breakfast at the hotel and it was superb! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend here as a good base for a beach holiday in the sun!"
Globales Palmanova
"Just back from a one weeks all inclusive family holiday 4* hotel? More like 3*. Hotel is very average in my opinion found some staff (bar & restaurant) very unhappy in their jobs, not welcoming & faces tripping them. Rooms clean and fresh towels daily. Not great choice of food come lunch - dinner hence why we opted to eat out most of the times. Breakfast was better. Crowded pool area and struggled to get sun loungers. Did not use entertainment at night but there did seem to be activities on. Would i say it’s a great hotel for 4-6 year olds?, I do not think so. Wifi connection very poor. Great location, 5 minute walk to beach front and beautiful restaurants. Overall would be happy to try an other Globales hotel just not this one again. Always room for improvement."
Naika Studios & Apartments
"Stayed for 5 nights at Naika Apartments one bedroom. Basic but spotlessly clean with good kitchenette, kettle toaster fridge and microwave. Fabulous shower hot and good pressure. Maid visited every 2 days with fresh towels. We had no Apt. 4 as requested with delightful outside patio and seating. Wifi worked well in and outside apartment. Greeting at parent Gabarda hotel was friendly and very helpful, staff were all very nice and a credit to the complex. bar, hot food and small pool available to us. Location was superb, 5 minutes to town and seafront. Would highly recommend as a great base to enjoy a short break in Mallorca."
HSR Gil
"This was the worst hotel experience of my life! You could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms – people snoring and even couples being intimate morning, noon, and night. The walls were so thin it felt like we were right there with them! The cleaning service was nonexistent; no housekeeping staff came by at all. The hotel attracts a lot of partygoers, so sleeping was impossible between midnight and 4 AM unless you managed to block out the sound of loud music or couples in the throes of passion. We weren’t informed that the rest of the hotel would be closed for the season, so I was expecting a reception desk and a bar, neither of which were available. We only had access to the room. To top it all off, I was unfairly accused of making noise in my room, when it was actually coming from the room behind us. This left me feeling embarrassed and exhausted from the lack of sleep. Overall, it was a horrible stay, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel!"
