However, we do provide soap and gel and upon request we can also arrange other items such as toothpaste. We deeply regret what happened as this is an isolated case and no other similar cases have been found. That morning we contacted the responsible company and conducted a thorough inspection. Please note that we follow a strict cleaning and maintenance inspection protocol to ensure our rooms are in perfect condition. However, guests can make a request at the front desk regardless of room type. If available, they will be provided free of charge, along with tea bags and necessary utensils. We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your room and bathroom. Our usual practice is to ensure that all rooms are in top condition before delivery to guests. However, guests are encouraged to inform our reception staff if any faults occur during their stay. This enables us to dispatch a maintenance team promptly to correct any issues.
