I’m so glad that I booked to stay at this hotel at the end of November. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered until I sadly came to the end of my visit. The staff in all departments were first class and a pleasure to encounter. My room was ideal in every way and the location of the hotel was very convenient for local facilities and also the centre of Palma. The restaurant provided an excellent menu and I chose to eat there for my breakfasts and several evening meals. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I sincerely hope that the opportunity arises before too long. Thank you to all the staff that made my stay so comfortable and memorable.

It’s a nice hotel for me and I’m travelling alone. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Just that I was assigned room 101 which was located beside the street and hotel staircase, therefore it was rather noisy till 10-11pm. Also, the work desk is small and cramp, which could hardly place my laptop and mouse. The bathroom had windows which were only covered by translucent pieces of curtains which lacked privacy. Anyway, it’s near to nice food, central bus terminal and shopping belt, so it’s all good!

I arrived early, left my luggage, and was about to leave but I got an early check-in with Lucky Vicky! The staff member who checked me in (I don't know her name, but she was so lovely) was more friendly, so I felt even better~ I didn't make a parking reservation, but there was a space, so I paid 15 euros a day and used the parking lot comfortably! The parking lot is a bit of a walk, but I found a parking space nearby, so I thought I'd spend the whole day there... I don't regret it It was so good that I regretted staying for 3 nights The bathroom door didn't close and didn't open.. I just used it~ The breakfast was also 2 menus per person, so I ate my fill Recommendation, recommendation, highly recommended!!!

Friendly receptionist who invited me for a welcome drink. The hotel is centrally located. But unfortunately you can hear every voice and door in the hallway and next door. The "king-size bed" consisted of 2 mattresses with a noticeable gap in the middle.

We loved the hotel. Nice rooms and excellent service. It is just a few minutes walk along a pedestrian street from the centre of Palma. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice and central. Very modern and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is also very good and the gym is perfect for a sporty evening.

Hygiene: The hygiene is good, and the towels are very clean. Facilities: The facilities are quite old. Service: The service is very enthusiastic. Environment: It is quite comfortable to live in.

Very, the only thing missing is an improvement in cleanliness.

The hotel's location is excellent - the main attractions are within walking distance. The stylish and modern design of the hotel will not leave you indifferent. The reception is open 24 hours, so there were no problems when checking out at 6:00 in the morning. The staff is smiling and friendly. The rooms are missing slippers and a bottle of water.

Very pleasant stay in the center of Palma. Very neat and tastefully decorated accommodation I recommend 200%

Very good hotel, convenient transportation, good service, good privacy, and many Chinese restaurants around. Next time I go to Mallorca, I will still choose here!
