It's new hotel and clean. It's a good location. There is a Japanese supermarket👍

This is my go-to hotel whenever I come to Bangkok (which is very often). Proximity to Sukhumvit and Phrom Phong BTS station (about 10 mins walk) is a huge plus, and so is the scheduled free shuttle to the BTS. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchenette and laundry come in handy for a longer stay. The facilities are great and the Mon to Weds happy hour is a nice touch. The breakfast is sufficient though the quality of the food could be improved.

It’s a new hotel, location is good. The staff here are very nice, friendly and helpful. Room is clean and all equipment are new. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come again for my next visit.

I've stayed in the other sister hotel of IHG and had high expectations of the stay. Staybridge did exceed it and surpasses some of the other stays. Truly embracing their slogan of "Welcome home", from the friendliness to the architecture experience. L9 had the necessary amenities I needed, from gym, working space and even soccer screening. Will love to be back again. Not the most ideal in location, needing a good 15 mins walk out to the main Street, fortunately the shuttle bus did helped massively.

I got a wonderful experience with Staybridge in the past four days as this is my birthday trip. All of hotel staff are very helpful, I got a problem with my room but they helped me to solve the problem and arranged a new room for me, I really appreciate it!! Breakfast was great and the restaurant Service really nice, I recommend it! The hotel got a onsen it’s really important for me to relax. The hotel also got some exercise class which is special. I can got something to do during the raining day. However, I would like to say have one things need to improve is about the shuttle service. It’s should increase more schedule as only got one time per hours from 5pm to 8pm. Closed after 8pm it’s too early to closed. I wish I could stay in this hotel again:)

The hotel is newly built and well-equipped with a full kitchen, making it ideal for extended stays. It also includes a washing machine for added convenience. My friends thoroughly enjoyed the onsen, and there are many excellent restaurants and massage spots in the area.

It is very perfectly experience for my this stay in this Hotel. Surprised before the Songkran Festival, they have special arrangements for the guest in 8/F rest lobby room to serve drink 🍷 and snacks. The Hotel have very good room and common areas for the guest, even inside the Hotel with family is very nice. The Hotel staffs is also very kind and well-trained with professional service

Good location very clean and tidy with good services

Very new and clean hotel with full facilities like swimming pool, gym and even an onsen free for all guests! This is a Japanese oriented hotel. During my stay the price is very affordable with free breakfast. There is a large lounge to chill and relax that serve coffee and biscuits. This hotel is also pet friendly! Highly recommended.

Nice and clean apartment hotel. With a Japanese supermarket in B1 floor offer variety of foods for people like me that doesn’t want to spend too much time in searching for restaurant. Equipments in the gym are well maintained. Wash/dry laundry machine is super helpful. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is quite new and also very convenient. The service is amazing, the onsen is well designed
