This is an older building that’s currently being renovated. We had a spacious corner room, spacious bathroom but aircon vent was dirty. Reasonably convenient location to tram/metro. Offered luggage storage post check out. Friendly staff.

The room smelled like mold, I asked for a refund and it was denied. Stuck paying for 2 nights and I ended switching hotels. Terrible customer service. Also the wifi didn’t work.

I liked the location, very quiet place. Supermarket within walking distance. Also 15 minutes walk to the central station and 5 minutes to the nearest metro

The room was clean and spacious enough, the only think is that the didn't have good isolation so I was hearing people in the street all night.

I don't know why the score for this hotel isn't higher. The location is good, (I went walking to the train station as well as to Duomo), staff are very friendly, the room is clean, the price is fair. If I had to make something better would be the soundproofing as I am a light sleeper but I think it's an Italian thing, their houses are just like that. Anyway, contributing with my 5 stars here.

We had everything we needed and it was perfect. Cheap, friendly staff and the breakfast was not half bad, a little limited but it was only €10 buffet each so we won’t complain. Beds were comfy and we also had a mini fridge!

Stayed at the hotel 07-12.07.2025 Location 10/10 near the central railway station (15 minutes at a leisurely pace), shopping streets with good shops are also 10-15 minutes walk away. The only downside is breakfast. For Italians, as we understood, this is the norm, we are not used to the fact that for breakfast there are only croissants, sandwiches and no particular choice. Very poor. And noisy ... very. You can hear everything that happens on the street and in the corridor and if someone in the next room decided to take a shower at 11 pm. The room itself is clean, tidy, everything is there, cleaning is daily. We left a watch on the table, personal belongings - everything is in place. I recommend.
