It was a pleasant experience. The front office reception staff was very courteous and good. Hamid and Helda were very supportive and helpful. The facilities were awesome. The breakfast was good. Just experiment with new dishes every day as we had the same breakfast menu for all 3 days. But no complaints. it's just the suggestion. So calling the room service was not easy as the phones were always busy.

The hotel location was great, very central and nearby the mall and restaurants. Can also walk for 15 minutes to the beach. Many tourists stay in this hotel so I made nice friends. The room is clean and the breakfast very good. The staff is nice but the check in is a bit slow. There is a sauna and nice rooftop area with pool. Overall I liked the stay here a lot.

Overall, everything was great and the staff were very friendly and professional. However, unfortunately the room was quite warm and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling effectively.

Excellent location with many restaurants close by. Also short walk to two shoppiing malls. Hotel has a nice rooftop pool and bar that serves juice and snacks / meals. Good at night for a bite to eat with a view of Muscat. Breakfast is a very good buffet with plenty of choice. This is a dry hotel - no alcohol is served in any of the restaurants / bar.

This was a great hotel APART from the very strong air freshener used inside the rooms, which was so strong I could taste it in my mouth! The kind hotel actually used the ozone machine to suck the air out of a room for me but it hardly made any difference. I stayed over a week and it took about 4 days for the smell to wear off. I would suggest not using such an overpowering smell in the rooms as surely it must be uncomfortable for many guests. But the food was great, staff were great, rooftop and pool -- I would certainly recommend if you don't mind very intense air freshener!

Royal Tulip is a good hotel. Location is good. Breakfast is also good. 👍🏻

Really great place to stay, it’s in Al khuwair/ghubra, 13 minutes from Muscat Airport. We arrived early, Sanjana at the desk, organised an early check in, staff was great. Good atmosphere overall. I’m more of bear grylls type, so don’t choose any food options at the hotels, locally explored all kinds of cuisine. Just remember Muscat/Oman in general is not foot travel friendly, so don’t expect signalled crossings for pedestrians. We walked to local shops and restaurants within reason. Used taxi throughout our stay, it was great. Thank you Trip.com

Was an amazing place. This was my second time in this hotel and i will book there each time i go to Muscat.

We felt this hotel had a very good central location in Muscat especially if you're driving. There are two malls close by and quite a few shops and restaurants. The hotel had plenty of free parking in a parking garage underneath as well. The rooms were comfy and quiet and we had a very large king size bed. The rooms are nicely appointed with a mini fridge, tea station, TV, desk, chair and lots of storage. The bathroom was nice too but we felt the water pressure in the shower could be better. The amenities at the hotel were decent as well. The breakfast that is included has a good mix of Arabic and western items including live egg and waffle/pancake stations. The rooftop pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all nice touches as well but we wish the signage to get to the pool was better as it cannot be accessed via the main elevator. Overall, it was a convenient base for us to explore Muscat and Oman at a good price. The rooms are quiet and comfy and worth a stay.

Service was fantastic, food was really nice, location is great. The rooms and facilities are also very nice and clean.
