The room was terrible, there were a lot of bugs on the bed, the refrigerator in the living room was making a loud noise all the time. The tenants upstairs were walking around in the early morning, and the soundproofing was very poor. My family and I couldn't sleep the whole night.
After we reported these problems to the hotel front desk, the hotel just asked us to fill out a feedback questionnaire and did nothing else.
