the hotel was lovely, room nicely appointed. Lobby offerings for coffee and snacks were very nice. Nikki in particular was friendly, informative, and helpful.
I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by "no-one". I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. "this has never happened before" is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.

Was just here 2 weeks ago and absolutely fell in love with this place! It’s clean and quiet and who can say no to pool access 24hrs. Had a zoom meeting the day I checked out and they made sure I was comfortable at the lobby for my meeting. Thank you so much! Will be back for sure. 10/10

What an amazing place. Little bummed the jacuzzi was closed off but the pool and room were awesome. Will definitely come back soon.

The place was nice and location close to shopping but a death in the family required an early departure that the resort was unwilling to communicate about and unwilling to refund last day of stay. If you go, just be advised there’s absolutely no reason allowed at all to cancel a day of you stay! Would have been nice for a manager to at least return the numerous phone messages left and/or emails sent. Very unprofessional
