The Saguaro Palm Springs

This is a glorified motel that does not deserve the prices it charges. It's old, carpets are filthy, the light in our room didn't work and the air conditioning is a prehistoric unit mounted on the wall. The first time we tried to go to the pool at 4pm it was overcrowded with drunks and the music was blaring. So, the second time we figured we'd go early to avoid this. We went at 9am only to find that every single chair had a towel on it but nobody was there. My thought is that the partiers put the towel down then go back to bed till the afternoon and come back to their "reserved" chair. With nobody there we did get to see how milky the water was so we decided to not go back. And to add to that we got charged $49 per night resort fee, and we couldn't even use the pool. To sum up this experience I'd say unless you're under 30 and plan to party all weekend you should just stay elsewhere. As far as the "hotel" is concerned I'd say they put lipstick on a pig. I have never written a review let alone a negative one, which speaks as to how bad this place is.

We love the Saguaro, the staff is wonderful! It's my go to every time we come to Palm Springs wether ilits a girls weekend or a romantic getaway. The Vibe is always on point!

The hotel as mentioned is in dire need of a refurbishing. While the hotel staff are pleasant at the attached restaurant is quite nice it dosent match the lack of quality everywhere else. As mention very stained flooring hotel pool equipment is rusty and shoddy. If you’re young and don’t care much about esthetics this place is ok to any traveler other than that I’d recommend spending another 29 bucks or so and go someplace else. Would not reccomend

We couldn't have asked for a better venue than The Saguaro for our destination wedding! This unique, colorful hotel perfectly captures the charm of old school Palm Springs while offering everything modern couples need. Planning our wedding remotely could have been stressful, but The Saguaro made it effortless. Our contact Mark was absolutely phenomenal to work with—he answered every question quickly, was incredibly accommodating with our budget, and went above and beyond to throw in special touches that made our day and entire stay even more memorable. He was present throughout the entire event to ensure everything ran smoothly, which gave us complete peace of mind. The food was outstanding! After our tasting, we provided some feedback, and the culinary team implemented every single change flawlessly. Our guests are still raving about the meal. We also can’t say enough about the margaritas, easily some of the best in the area! Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely excited to help make our celebration special. The resort amenities kept our guests entertained throughout the entire weekend, making it feel like a true destination experience. From a budget perspective, The Saguaro was incredibly reasonable compared to other Palm Springs venues—low space rental costs and no minimum room block requirement made it accessible without sacrificing quality or beauty. If you're looking for a vibrant, charming, and affordable Palm Springs wedding venue with an exceptional team, The Saguaro is the perfect choice!

This place is always a good time. Seriously feels like second home. They are always so nice and so helpful and go the extra mile for your requests. Style on ten and really just chill vibes. Also won’t break the bank. Always a solid choice. I travel a lot and often hotel and this is one of the only repeat decisions. My North Star. I am always coming back to saguaro.
