Triada Palm Springs, Autograph Collection

Great place to stay in downtown Palm Springs. The hotel is so lovely and it has a real retro feel, with great modern bedrooms & bathrooms. Our room stepped out onto the poolside which was great.

This stay reminded me of why the Triada is my favorite hotel in Palm Springs! They just get it right. From the genuinely warm and welcoming teams at valet, the front desk and Ms B in the restaurant to the comfortable, well maintained rooms, you just cant go wrong! I look forward to future stays.

Had the most annoying time at the pool with our bartender Ricky who also tended the bar at our evening cocktail with Ricky who shared the Alan Ladd cocktail with us! So fun! Such a fun time with Ricky!

possibly one of the best properties I’ve ever visited. From the very first day, check-in was really comfortable. Thomas greeted me right away and made me feel genuinely welcomed. He went out of his way to help me get checked in as if I was the only guest, which really set the tone for my stay. My first room was 101 — king size bed, great layout, and spotless. Everything was wonderfully maintained, and the overall vibe of the property is just warm and comfortable. You honestly do feel right at home here. For anyone traveling on business and working long days, that kind of atmosphere is not just nice, it’s something you truly appreciate. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights on that first trip, and every single day the team was just as attentive and caring as they were on my very first night, right up until departure. Now I’m back again for my second week. Even though it’s another work trip, I can’t say enough about the hospitality here — they’re absolutely amazing and genuinely thoughtful, including grand kindness. It’s easy to see why they got some great reviews. Such a fantastic spot for leisure or vacation. My personal thanks to Thomas, Christina, Danielle helping me at front desk, Scott, Kevin providing valet, Ricky to make something tasty at the restaurant or bar. Geez, you guys really are awesome. This is a kind and caring team. But it doesn’t stop there, because everyone here really show they care about doing such a great job. Definitely will happily stay again and recommend you guys.

Ms. B is the best! She made our stay a wonderful experience with her jokes and personalized service. Our breakfast and afternoons at the pool were a delight. We were a large group with eight people, and she never left us hanging and gave us the best time ever!
