L3 Oasis Hotel

Stayed here with my child on our way home from LA and loved this property. Sometimes with smaller/lesser known hotels, I'm not optimistic of how the pictures match up to the actual property and how clean they will be. Our room was immaculate, the beds are quite comfy and the pool area is very clean and well maintained. It's also centrally located and the staff was very professional and kind. I will absolutely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Don't even think of going here!!! We called in advance and SPECIFICALLY asked if the pool were heated and if the jacuzzis were working. They assured us that the pool ws heated and the jacuzzis were working. REALITY: Pool UNHEATED (74 degrees and freezing; neither jacuzzi working ! !)! Remember - I called the hotel DIRECTLY AND TALKED WITH STAFF- THE WOMAN LIED TO ME!!! They make it seem that there's only a few rooms left; REALITY: When we left, we saw their computer and half of the rooms were empty. We asked for a sizeable refund bc we came based on the front - desk woman who told us that the pool was heated and the jacuzzis were working. . A mideastern guy - very cold - offered us only $40 in refunds. No grab bars in shower/bath; no microwave; no telephone to the front desk; only a small little desk to write on. NEVER AGAIN!!! The grounds are beautiful but everything else is mediocre. Oh - also - there was a motorcycle gang - "The "Mongols " _ who were there and played really loud music one evening. I called the front desk and asked why this was allowed. They said they could do it till 10:00 PM. REALITY:HE HOTEL WAS AFRAID OF THEM AND LET THEM BLAST THEIR MUSIC!!!

We had a very relaxed and fun stay here. Recommend it to anyone that goes to Palm Springs. Very clean Hotel and spacious rooms. The only thing I do recommend is maybe get stronger AC units that can keep up with the extreme hot weather there. Our room was pretty warm and we had the AC at 54 degrees. Overall I would stay there again my kids loved the pool area a lot.

We come to PS often to visit friends. This place is perfect, better yet, the facility is well cared for, room was clean and comfortable. The pool amazing! This is going to be our go to from now on!

The area was quiet, safe with dining options close by. Downtown was an easy 15 minute walk. Quick 5 minutes away from the Tramway. The hotel is old but work has been done to update it. Its nothing fancy, but was clean with no real issues. Would stay again. Parking free and easy. Thats a major plus these days.

Walkable restaurant near the hotel. Delivery of pizza easy to get done. Pool and relaxation amazing.
