Many sites with faulty or no electricity. When I asked management to fix the power pedestal that stopped working part way through our stay, I was told there was nothing that could be done and I should find another spot. With somewhere between 40 to 60 sites without electricity, it was not an easy task. The person I spoke with just didn’t care.

We loved everything about staying here, from the pool to bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities etc. We even enjoyed all the activities that they park tried to plan for everyone, I really wish kids could play bingo and do water aerobics . Thank you kindly

I Loved the staff and common areas. The misters in the pool area was fantastic . The pool and spa looked very inviting. The Sites were in need of attention but they were very level. Felt very safe there. Picnic tables were are the sites. Some sites had shade from trees.

Always enjoy spending time here. Great place with lots to do. Rita the activities lady is so friendly and sweet. Love her cooking hot dogs on Saturday mornings! Pool is nice and hot tub. Enjoy the arts and craft sales on Saturdays and the weekly yard sales.

park is showing its age. Lots of kids in the pool which should have an adult time period, after all I do believe we older people are the majority of dues paying constituants. Between pool volley ball and the deluge of kids it was fairly impossible to enjoy the pool.

Thousand Trails Palm Springs has the potential to be a great RV stop, and the friendly, helpful staff definitely deserve high marks. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the park—especially the RV sites—was disappointing. Many, many sites had non-working utilities, and general site maintenance was clearly lacking. It's a real shame, because with proper upkeep, this could be a top-tier resort for members.

The park is real nice except for all the sand and dust. They have both 30 and 50amp full hookup sites. The 30amp side has a paved drive and concrete pad but the 50amp side only has a concrete pad and sand that can be soft in some sites. Nice pool with actives. There are lots of thing going on here and we would stay again.
