I stayed here with four friends! The reception staff and cafe staff were all kind, the rooms were very clean, and we all had a great time. It was a shame that the cafe wasn't open all day because it was the off-season, but other than that it was really nice!

A great place to stay, very convenient to Palm Cove. The room we booked was also very large, and we could cook in it. We would consider booking a longer stay next time.

A wonderful week in apartment 11 great size with a small seating area outside and pretty much a few steps to 1 of the 4 pools . Property is of a good size most wonderful gardens the 50m pool and view from it is a dream for us from the cold old uk ! A back gate gets you too the sea front in 5 muns apox . A few bus stops also 3-5 mins away to cairns or the bigger shops like coles or smithfield mall every journey is only 50c ! Many thanks to all the staff for a super stay we arranged a late check out at 1430 for $50 which was super helpful on last day . Would stay again for sure

This is a heartfelt thanks to the owners and management at Mango Lagoon Resort. We were booked in for the 19th Sept, but my sister suffered a medical emergency and we had to cancel our trip. I explained the situation via email, and had asked for and only expected and hoped we could get a credit for a later date. Mango Lagoon refunded the entire cost of our stay!! We are so grateful and thankful to such kind, caring people and especially in this sad time with my sister. We will be coming Mango! And we will thankyou in person. We had a great stay at the hotel. We arrived after hours and had to retrieve the key from a safe. The process was easy and we were in our room in no time.
Room was clean and tidy. It was a spacious room and the living area was great. The stay was quiet and the we felt safe at the site. 1 minute drive down to some great restaurants on the foreshore. Pool was good and was easily accessible from the room.

Very nice resort,apartments are great size;very clean and beautiful gardens and very well situated with bus stop near door.Apartments equipped with everything needed.Wellness centre has the best massage I would highly recommend.Walk 5 mins to the beach.Loved staying here and staff very kind and friendly.Has 4 great pools.
