Reception person didn’t greet back, took long to respond, something really weird. Didn’t answer to ‘good evening’, left us in the middle to service another rude lady. Check in took triple the time it should be. Room is beyond sad. Dated, tiny, feels dirty.

The staff was friendly. The room was musty smelling and dated. The headboards were coming apart from what appeared to be moisture/humidity. The lamps were literally rusty with stains in the shades. The bathroom shower head looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Shower had mold in the corners and the shower floor looked brown. The bathroom door kept getting stuck. My child got locked inside because the door stuck so badly. We opted out of breakfast because we were ready to leave. Please know the pictures you see on the website aren't an accurate depiction of what your room will look like. Marriott, this property isn't a reflection of the brand we've come to know for over 25 years as exclusive Marriott customers. It needs major renovations and upgrades. Please do better.

Will not stay here again. The shower only had 1 door and a shower curtain which was up so high water splashed every where. Room needs some TLC for sure. The mini fridge froze the items we put in it. The hotel was not full so unless all rooms are like this ,shame on them for giving us this room. Glad we were only there for 1 night.

We stayed while traveling for vacation. Everything was fine no real issues. Breakfast was good cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles, eggs sausage, bread and pastries- normal breakfast for hotels. I’d stay again.

Barely minimum customer service. Unsafe shower/bathroom. Ice machine on floor. Total uncaring procedures for health emergency of customer.
