Great clean place cozy staff is friendly no fees for parking

I asked the front the desk to please change the sheet and throw away the garbage since we were there for three days. I advise them on the second evening. The two women in the front desk said that she will tell housekeeping the next day. House keeping never came and when I went to the front desk to bring my garbage and ask for clean towels and clean sheets the -- women were laughing. It was very awkward and unpleasant. My husband and I have stayed there two times and before this incident we were planning to return since we have an ill friend right across from the hotel. We are never stepping a foot in Red Roof PLUS!

My room had bedbugs. Read other reviews after on google and found that other rooms had bedbugs too (recently). Husband picked the hotel and didn’t research it. Room was dirty, shower was moldy, air conditioner was beyond noisy. The staff are really nice though.

Awesome place pet friendly and Gina at the front desk is absolutely amazing great personality and vey sweet very clean and very accommodating all the guests are nice here for the week came with my brother for bike week and we’ll be back definitely next year

Wonder warm sweet lady that greeted us at tha front desk helped us with our luggage wanted to tip her but she wouldn’t except so had to write a great review on her wonderful and beautiful smile very sweet to me and my husband the week we stayed there

I read several bad reviews about this hotel but decided to take my chance because it was in a convenient place for me. I don’t know where those folks stayed because this place was super clean. The room we had was updated, beds we’re comfortable and bathroom was clean. Ladies at the front desk were very nice and even gave great suggestions for dinner. I will definitely stay again.

Had a very nice experience came in off the road with my wife late last night and the girl at the front desk was wonderful and pleasant room was good and clean we came in just for the night and it was perfect thanks.

I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out how this place is rated #1. I have nothing nice to say about it, as it was gross. There was a worker smoking right outside the front door as we pulled up. Major turnoff. The lobby and rooms were dark and outdated. The carpets were dirty and disgusting. My white socks were almost black after walking on the floor in the room. The tv in the room was extremely small and the prehistoric guide list for the tv channels was covered with greasy fingerprints and disgusting. The room door didn't fit properly so all of this light shone through around it while we were trying to sleep and was annoying. The light switches had night lights on them, which was also annoying, as there was one right near my head at the head of the bed and I had to prop a pillow up to cover it. We could hear screaming kids all night long. The bathroom was right out of 1960, with this weird, curved shower door that looked like a cave and when I opened it, I said nope, not showing in there as it was about 2 x 2 feet big. The bathroom sink was in the main room, which was extremely odd. The mattresses were worn, and you could hear and feel the springs each time you moved. Overall, I could not wait to get out of this hotel and definitely would never stay here again!
