Nice view from room & bar. Staff was friendly & centrally located. Would definitely stay here again

When we went to check in, we were early so we checked out bags and went out for a few hours. We returned to a long line at check in. We reached the desk at 3:50 but were told our room wasn't ready. The clerk told me we should go back in line bc rooms were not guaranteed until 4. Another worker interjected and told us to stand aside and she took care of it so we didn't need to wait in line again. Most of the other workers were very pleasant. The room was clean, although simple. Great pillows! The towels seemed a bit old and wouldn't dry so we had to get new towels each day. Location is great and the grounds were perfect.

First time in Aruba, already planning our trip to return

Hotel owns huge part of the beach. Few pools, few restaurants, live music all away, great food and service. If Aruba is not to complicated with airport I would come again. Hotel is 5/5

Easy check in and out. Room was ok, not a fan of Building 7: The music from the bar was disturbing to sleep. I would have liked to have been informed of this when checking in. Should I have to stay again at the Holiday Inn, I will request a different building.

Great hotel and excellent service.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located in the commercial center. It is very convenient to go out for food, shopping and public transportation. The hotel is close to the beach, and it is a short walk to swim and sunbathe. But during peak hours, there is a shortage of lounge chairs. Tents need to be reserved and paid for separately. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the interior is quite clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom of my room is broken, and the hot and humid air cannot be discharged quickly after taking a shower. When I went home to check the credit card bill, the hotel mistakenly charged me for the tent reservation. I am negotiating with the hotel and don't know if it can be refunded.
