Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport Reviews

Stayed on the first night and the last night during Canada trip. There are many other hotels around the airport but this holiday inn is one of the nearest (and maybe the oldest?) hotels around the area. Shuttle services runs every 30minutes, but a bit tricky to find the right spot. From terminal 1 the bus stops around pillar “S” downstairs, and from terminal 3 you come out from the door stating  “hotel shuttle “ .

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrive in our room it smelled so bad like onions. It was really uncomfortable, then when we were asking for a room change they almost didn’t gave us. There bed was full of stains even the pillow case, the shower area door was not closing properly and the the new room they gave us smelled like mold. It was really bad, even the fresh towels smelled like onions. That’s so bad!!!

I guess all holiday inn chain hotels are not very well maintained. The shower was not working and it took 30 minutes to fix it. Not a good variety for breakfast.

Very good location with hotel shutter every 30 minutes ,about 10-15 minutes Clean and the staff are friendly people  Good experience at this hotel.

I really appreciate the kindness and service of the staff at the hotel. In addition, the swimming pool was nice and the food was good thank you.

We arrived late on a flight. Had dinner and went to bed at midnight exhausted. 5am set on phone alarm and plugged it in to their large charging plugs at beside Laid down and the toilet started re filling every 20 mins. Too tired to even think about calling front desk when I’m only about to get 5 hours sleep. Didn’t sleep well at all due to this. Woke up to phone alarm and noticed my phone was at 3%. The charging plugs did not work. Woulda missed my flight if phone had died. Checked out at 530am and the guy at front desk gave exactly zero fcks about what happened. Didnt care 1 iota. Borderline rude. 100% they don’t care about their customer experience and as a result, I’ll never be back. Wish I could give a zero for the front desk clerk guy at 545 am on July 21/25. Rude and hates his job.

Stayed here again as I was too, jet lagged to drive home to Niagara Falls. Having the free shuttle service from Terminal 3 to the hotel was great , same bus driver as last year 🫠 Front reception staff all the same people i dealt with last year as well. Great customer service and room attendants very pleasant. The only fault i found this time was a musty smell along the hallway like the carpet had been cleaned, but not dry. Perhaps it's the wet towels and linens that are left outside on the carpet while changing beds in the rooms. Someone comes by to pick those up.. Our freshener is needed. YYZ restaurant is still as good as ever! Could not get breakfast next morning as it was too busy and at least 45min wait. I tried twice. I walked 10mi to Tim Hortons . Next time I'll make a reservation. I stayed at same hotel chain at Glasgow Airport night before and this one in Toronto has much better beds and those sheets and pillows are a dream 😴

Location and price are good, would be nice to be made aware of the parking charges. At time of writing my “security deposit “ has not been removed.

The airport pick up & drop off was great . Super close. No complaints

Located near the airport.Free shuttle bus service is available 24 hours a day, which is very convenient.The bus driver service is also very good.Breakfast is fine.是It is also very convenient to travel by bus around.The service front desk and lobby have a good attitude.

The hotel room was quite dirty, The table has the oil stink on it, the floor also had chips. Quite disappointment. But the staffs were friendly and efficient.

Called the front desk and was told the shuttle bus should be there in every 30 minutes, but we waited over an hour and it didn’t show up. Then we decided to take the taxi. Called several times, couldn’t get fixed. Very poor service

Nice location with clean room and multiple amenities around the hotel.
