Was hoping for more children playgrounds and areas where toddlers could play besides swim. There were a lot of kids at the hotel who probably would have enjoyed other areas.

This rubbish hotel put the tip on the bill. We booked New Year's Eve dinner at 6pm and waited for more than an hour before we were served. There was only one male waiter and none of the dishes were good. I only wanted to give a 10% tip, so I changed the 20% 45 to 10%, which is 22.5. Damn, it actually thought I had to give it 10% more. It's so *******. It only ordered a dish and served a dish. Is it worth so much money? ! Tips are voluntary. If the service is good, give more. If the service is not good, you still force it? !

The room very clean, pool area was amazing. Food was very good. Loved the overall experience. My son loved the driving range and the staff was very helpful. We highly recommend it!

This was my second stay at PGA National Resort, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The resort is very well kept, everything feels clean and updated throughout the property. The amenities are excellent, and the atmosphere around the pool was great, even with families and kids around. It never felt too crowded or noisy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also want to highlight the dining options, especially The Butcher’s Club, which I highly recommend for anyone staying here. On top of that, the staff across the resort were consistently friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. Looking forward to coming back next year again.

The pillows and mattress were wonderful. The rest of the trip mediocre best. We recently stayed at PGA National, and while the grounds and golf course were beautiful, the overall experience fell short — especially for the price. The water pressure in the rooms was terrible, and the elevators were frustratingly slow. There was also a very large group staying at the resort during our visit who were incredibly loud and disrespectful, making it hard to relax and enjoy the space. To top it off, I got sick after eating at Bertie’s Diner on our second day, which really affected the rest of our stay. For a resort of this caliber, we expected better food quality and overall service. The golf course was the one redeeming part of our trip — truly beautiful and well-maintained. But sadly, everything else missed the mark.
