Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens

Lia @ front desk was most helpful, professional and courteous. She certainly was one of the highlights of our stay. We cannot wait to visit again for strictly pleasure and bring along the rest of the family as I was traveling for business. Breakfast was fantastic and the bar/restaurant overall. Pool, pool area/deck and hot tub all very relaxing and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed the grounds, picturesque pond views and lush landscaping. Even more fun and convenient were the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you Lia for your excellent customer service and a memorable stay!

This experience was not very exciting to have. It was more an emotional trip than anything. But the staff at this hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, has really made it most comfortable. All of staff has been absolutely amazing and to be honest comforting. It began with the front desk Cierra being so open and accommodating. My fist evening ended with the most amazing funny and talented bar/server at the cafe, Jeff. And my morning with Fitzroy (Fitz). Everyone here made me feel comfortable enough to even mention my reasoning for being here. The advise. The humbleness the genuine concern and care made this trip memorable with some sort of positivity. NOT TO MENTION THE AMAZING SCENERY. Thank you! It all meant more than you know with those that I came across during this stay!!!

My guy was scheduled for a corneal transplant at Bascom Palmer in Palm Beach Gardens. We booked a two night stay at Hilton Garden Inn. This marked our second time staying at this hotel. The location is within walking distance to Downtown Palm Beach Gardens where there are restaurants, boutiques and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy spectacular views. The front desk greeted us with smiles. The staff is polite and respectful. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was the same. There is a plexiglass box conveniently placed near the front desk where guests can drop their key cards into before leaving. Dear friends of ours also booked a two day stay with us. We ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings. Our server, Lynn, was very friendly and attentive. Her bubbly personality made our experience even more memorable and enjoyable. Lynn went above & beyond to satisfy our party. We definitely look forward to seeing her again on a return visit to Palm Beach Gardens. Scott, the bartender on duty, was also very pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed conversing with him. Scott recommended several items on the menu for us to try. We took his advice and were very happy that we did! All our meals were delicious. I highly recommend booking a stay at Hilton Gardens Inn. Ask for Lynn and Scott. You will not be disappointed!

Lovely hotel and Special Thanks to sweet FitzRoy for making me a delicious chocolate expresso. I will return when visiting Palm Beach Gardens.

I had an amazing stay at this property and thank you the amazing Cierra who made everything great for me and my mom. From checking Cierra welcomes us with a great smile and was genuine. She went above and beyond explaining the property and amenities and offered the best customer service ever. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great time. I highly recommend this property for the location, the amenities and most importantly the personal like Cierra because she is definitely a keeper. Thank you, Cierra.
