Complete w/ fresh clean linens and towels, my place is good for solo adventurers, students, business ppl, couples! Studio apartment with easy self check in w lockbox. Your kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, pots and pans, utensils, sugar/sweetners, coffee, some pantry items, burner, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, etc. Light breakfast snacks usually provided in your pantry and kitchenette. Guests have access to the entire private studio efficiency! :) Your private front door entrance (in the back of the building following the paved pathway), parking is available for free across the street on the swail. Guests will also have access to the outdoor brick oven pizza grill (charcoal). I am always available to my guests if and when need be. Never too far away, yet respect my guests' space!
