We only stayed here for two nights. Staff were very friendly both in person and by email and they were happy to organise a late check in and to leave our bags there if required before checking in. The location is perfect, especially for families. Right on the beach, next door to the lagoon and the Pirate Park playground. Easy and secure underground carparking. Gardens and pool area are lovely. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed, if a little dated. The downsides of our stay here were that we booked a "Pool View" apartment and we were nowhere near the pool. In fact, we were on the very outside of the complex, which also caused issues with internet coverage. Had we been staying longer I would have requested to be moved. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.
