I paid the full price of 13580 as soon as I made the order. When I was about to leave, the price was reduced to 13100. I asked Ctrip to refund the price difference of more than 400, but there was nothing. Other platforms included 13113 with double breakfast and a 100 US dollar consumer coupon. The difference was almost 1700 RMB. How much did Ctrip earn? I tried so hard to find a theory with Ctrip, but to no avail. The hotel reservations all have the lowest price protection agreement! Get my money back!

Wow. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! Our stay here was wonderful. Every single member of staff was helpful and friendly and kind. The rooms are super clean. The bed is comfortable. The pools are great. The beach is awesome. Breakfast is lovely. I just love this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.

I dined at the breakers for their famous Sunday brunch and was thoroughly impressed. The environment was opulent and the service was very attentive. The buffet was incredible and my favourite part was the caviar and all you can drink champagne. Come hungry and thirsty!
