I went for a brief trip to celebrate one of my favorite philanthropies so I did not have a chance to sample all of the Hotel's features (for example, I did not get to go to the off-site gym). However, I can report that this grand resort epitomizes old Florida IMO and I liked its warmth and intimacy better than the grandeur of its primary competitor, The Breakers. The service is wonderful. All of the staff are friendly and call you by name. The turndown service is wonderful and they give you an interesting card about the history and an exceptionally tasty sweet macaron form Laduree. My room was quite small and fully priced, but you could not have a better location - just one block from the Beach and Worth Avenue. The "free" in-house car service featuring a vintage Land Rover Defender and a Volvo station wagon is quite exceptional.

This is an iconic hotel that is in the prime location. I had the best Palm Beach experience! I highly recommend the Colony and their signature restaurant Swiftys. The rooms are adorable and the bar scene is fabulous! I love the Pop up shops as well!

Overall, I loved the hotel! Beautiful destination! And truly amazing location and beautiful wallpaper! The room staff was great and I loved the turn down service!!! But there were several things that were disappointing especially for how expensive the hotel is... The first is the fact I waited for 20 minutes on the beach on Saturday for the surf lessons and they never showed. I called the front desk and they said they would be there. I asked the beach butlers and they said they would be there. Nobody came! It was such a disappointment and we would not have gone to the beach at all had we known there would not be surf lessons! For such an expensive hotel and luxury experience this was such a bummer!!! The other thing that was annoying was how LONG it took to get served at the pool. Every time we went there I would have to ask multiple servers to finally get helped. A few times I would go up to the bar and they would say they were sending somebody over. And sometimes they did, but sometimes they didn't. I don't think the pool was overcrowded?

Great stay at the Colony Hotel! The staff is the true gem! We encountered so many helpful and kind employees. The valet, drivers, and check in staff were phenomenal. While the decor is amazing and the pool and beach services are great, the rooms are a little basic. We stayed in a superior suite and the bathroom was very small and a little underwhelming. Minor issue because you will not want to be in the room much. The amenities keep you active and outside. The driver to take you anywhere you need to be is such a nice perk! Highly recommend this hotel m!

The Colony lived up to its reputation as a stunning boutique hotel with the best service & beautifully decorated rooms, we were in a penthouse residence & it was a dream, the views were vast, it was well stocked & clean. The beds are comfortable & pillows are ample! We relaxed by the pool, played bingo & trivia at a dinners at Swifty’s, took the golf cart to the beach (glorious) & rode bikes on the lake trail! Best family stay!

Fantastic stay at the Colony! Everything about the property is 5 star quality. We were so impressed by the entire staff’s friendly, professional nature and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back!
