"I stayed at this resort for two days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. During the booking process, my interaction with a staff member named Ankita was unpleasant. The communication felt rude and dismissive, which set the tone for the stay. The location is extremely remote, especially for travelers from Mumbai. There are no nearby general stores — you need to drive around 45 minutes for basic essentials. Network connectivity is almost zero, and the Wi-Fi provided is weak. The rooms are small and poorly maintained. For a relatively new property, the upkeep is below expectations. Food quality was very poor. Even simple dishes like Plain Maggi were not prepared properly. Breakfast had limited and tasteless options. The kitchen is not operational after 10 PM, which is inconvenient, especially for families with children. Guests should carry backup food. We were traveling with my father who has knee issues, and despite requesting early check-in on medical grounds, we were initially asked to pay ₹1000 extra. Only after repeated requests were we given one room. Overall, the property is highly overpriced for the quality of service, maintenance, and food offered. The experience did not justify the charges."

"One of the most pathetic resort in have come across.. The AC does not work in the room. The power went off approximately 5 times, even after changing the room at 9pm the AC is not working.. Have said atleast 3 to 4 times at reception, they sent a staff who confirmed the AC is not working. Though we were given a room change at 9pm , The Ac in this new room also does not work.. so basically after paying 9k u r living in a Non Ac room.. I have a 4 yr old kid with me who is not able to sleep since the room is not chill and he is literally sweating.. Even the word pathetic would be less to describe this property. Please think twice before coming here.. Not worthy property."

"I by mistakenly booked for another date and wanted to modify the booking dates, called 100's of times to the property but no one picked up my calls. then I contact MMT they put me on hold and checked with the property and team lied to me that we are unable to change the dates and the hotel is sold out now but when I checked on mmt and other site all three variants of the rooms were available. one of my colleague even had to rush to the property and check if we can get the refund or to get the different dates for check in but no one helped us. at last we didn't check in also not even we received any refund. we didn't receive even any other dates we received no help from the hotel staff. it was a terrible experience and we had booked suit room and all the money got wasted more than the people are terrible and not good people. no help received bad experience "
