Etablissement bien intégré dans son environnement, personnel qualifié aux petits soins, room service de qualité. Très chouette suite 150m2. Un bémol sur notre séjour, chambre donnant sur la piscine du spa très bruyante ce samedi 26 février après-midi (langage des cités, parle fort et bruit de gonflage de ballons). 2 personnes extraites de cette chambres sont descendues se baigner à la piscine du spa et avaient semble-t-il des sous vêtements plutôt que des maillots de bains. Des échanges entre le balcon et ces 2 personnes ont très nettement perturbé le calme de ce moment au spa.

Employez des professionnel, mais des "stagiaires"
Sympathique mais sans âme. A l'accueil, au bout de 3 jours, on vous demande encore si venez faire votre check-in... La même personne vous dit bonjour 4 fois dans la journée, comme si le service était mécanique, sans profondeur (fire and forget)

sehr gut, mit kleinen Makeln
einziges brauchbares Hotel in der Gegend, sehr freundliches Personal, Beach und Pool perfekt, superschön und absolut chillig! Frühstück…naja, Angebot ok, mehr aber auch nicht, der Service zudem wirklich fahrig, offensichtlich ohne jegliche Ausbildung, ein Kaffee zu kriegen eine Geduldsprobe. Das Spa eigentlich nur ein Dampfbad plus Pool, aber Massage und Behandlungen top! Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus!
