We stayed 3 nights in the TREE HOUSE before our 4 night / 5 day WOW BORNEO cruise on the Kahayan River, and one night afterwards in their ‘deluxe honeymoon suite’. Hosted by Rizal (his parents were away at the time), our stay in an upmarket suburb of Palangkaraya was magnificent. Web photos & descriptions accurate. Booked direct via webpage, but most subsequent communication by What’s App with Rizal, paid by credit card upon departure. Great breakfasts and local information. Great international air conditioned Mamink’s Kitchen for dinner 7 minutes walk from guesthouse. All highly recommended.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Bukit Raya Guesthouse. All the staff was very lovely. Rizal bakes the best bread and is a fantastic host. We did a tour into the heart of Borneo, which was a once in a lifetime experience! Bukit raya is a must go if you visit central Kalimantan

This is a ba kpacker lodge charging top hotel prices. The breakfast was a piece of bread and a boiled egg. There is no air conditioning. There us a mosque over the road waking you up with a loudspeaker at 4am. There is no lunch or dinner and the nearest restaurant is a kilometre away.

Bonjour ..Amazing expérience dans ce magnifique guest house noyé de végétation luxuriante. Ne manquer pas la superbe room nichée dans les arbres...Béatrice et Thomas sont formidablement aimable ainsi que tout le staff...ne pas manquer le breakfast avec pain fait maison....Dieget Francine from switzerland.
