I will write in Arabic so that Arabic speakers can benefit from this review, and non-Arabs can translate and benefit from it. First, the location is great, located in a quiet residential area far from the center of Paris. I personally prefer such locations. The reception is very friendly, and check-in was quick. The cleanliness is average and needs more attention, both in the rooms and the hallways. I even found one of the cups unwashed. The room smells bad due to the small kitchenette inside, with an unpleasant herbal smell. The quietness is very quiet. Parking is available at the hotel, but for an additional fee, and is also available in public areas around the hotel.

Clean hotel, sufficiently spacious and decent room, however the single beds are really not wide enough, you have to be careful not to end up on the floor when turning around. The same goes for the shower cabin, which is quite narrow. Otherwise the breakfast is ok, a mix of savory and sweet.

The service staff has a bad attitude and the facilities in the room are somewhat broken and cannot be repaired. The only advantage is that the price is cheap and you can cook simple food.

We stayed for 4 nights and there was no cleaning, no towel change, no hair dryer. The view was nice.

Located at a strategic corner, 3 minutes from the Bus station.

Residence well located clean room small downside there is not enough space around the residence. So plan on €10 extra per day to benefit from the residence's underground parking

A hotel at the top the staff at the top very warm and kind, the lunch was amazing for the price there was a choice I have nothing to say about this hotel except that I would come back. And we were able to enjoy a large terrace for New Year's Eve with its fireworks. I recommend 👏🏼👏🏼
