Because I was on a business trip, I stayed here, it is close to the exhibition hall, the environment is very good, and it is very quiet at night. Most of all the receptionist Stella was very nice, very kind and helped me a lot. Thanks Stella

I feel like home in this hotel. It is clean. The food is delicious. The staff are so accommodating. Worth it to visit.

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice. 

Good service, location is not the best and the area. Less facilities

I had a pretty good stay. The hotel transportation to the concert was really helpful, and the breakfast had a nice variety of food, especially considering the price. The only downside was the pillow cover – it had a musty smell, like it wasn't completely dry, which cost them a star.

We had an event at the Thuderdome, so the hotel was very convenient. Free shuttle was great. Staff at reception were very friendly and attentive. The only suggestion would be for the rooms that have Jacuzzi's in them, it would be good to run them once and a while so they are clean for guests. After filling the tub and running the jets three times the water finally ran clear. We would stay again.

Not too far from the airport, staff were amazing and a nice shabu restaurant around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Place is far from the city central. Great service and bfast 😌😌 very helpful front desk lady.

Good Hotel, friendly staff, swimming pool is nice! 7-11 not really close but Tesco Lotus was on walking distance.

The hotel was very nice and so were the staff, the breakfast was very good. The only problem was that the hotel is very far from the main attractions.
