It's a nice beach hotel, having a good restaurant and the staff is very friendly. To be recommended except regarding their laundry service because they are not offering to clean separate individual items of clothing as is usually offered in most hotels. A fully loaded washing machine would be charged even if you only need to wash a single item.

I stayed at Dhow inn Zanzibar with my little family of 4. I had exceptional customer services from Sara, the customer relations manager. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. The owners are very very lucky to have her. Issa was an excellent waiter,, always on point and very attentive. Timiuko was so motherly and kind. I have had the best holiday thanks to the staff at Dhow inn. The staff are amazing, the food is exceptional, the room was always tidy, housekeeping was amazing. I could not fault a single thing. We went full board because of the kids and it was the best decision we made as the food was mouth watering, we were able to try out Swahili food as well as other cuisines. The beach is only 4-6 minutes away, the pools were always so clean. We had the best family holiday. Can’t wait to be back.

nous sommes en all in et tout est restrictif…. Les heures de repars sont totalement strictes… si vous avez un peu de jetlag le All inclusive est loupé. Pour une glace c’est vanille chocolat mais si vous prenez mange ou nuttella on vous charge. Si vous demander des fruits à 15h… on ne vous les apporte pas si vous avez déjeuner à 12:30! Nous avons aussi payé pour une chambre PREMIUM et on est dans une chambre basique… bref c’est carrément de l’arnaque. Je suis furax!

Voor wie kiest voor een Persoonlijke benadering met Prima eten en een Goede en vriendelijke service ver weg van het massatoerisme is dit de juiste keuze ,een minpuntje is het ontbreken van een toilet op het strand ,daardoor moet je terug naar het hotel dat op zo een 100 meter ligt

Fantastisch hotel met ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel. Zoooo lekker gegeten in een prachtig kader. De rust van dit kleinschalig hotel is geweldig. De kamers zijn prachtig en het gezelligeterrasje voor je ochtendkoffietje zorgt voor meer dan voldoende privacy. Enige minpuntje, maar dat is voor heel Zanzibar zo: de electriciteit valt regelmatig uit, maar gelukkig heeft het hotel een noodgenerator die altijd onmiddellijk aanspringt. Wij komen graag terug.

Good quality hotel
In general Good quality hotel! The term Boutique hotel is a bit overrated though, for this the buffet food and service at the meals is too average. Rooms are nice and good quality but here and there maintenance is partly lacking. Nice Bungalows in a good area with restaurants and beach nearby. Friendly staff and good management.
