We thought about staying here for years but just wasn’t sure. Now we know for sure! This place is great- cozy, comfortable, very friendly! Sarah and Cheyenne were the best! We checked in with Sarah in the afternoon and she gave us a tour! The next day we checked out with Cheyenne, what a delight! The rooms were updated, roomy and the AC was awesome! Very quaint! Yet private with great ocean views and beach access! WE WILL BE BACK! P.S. the bed was great so comfortable and the sheets were really really soft and cool- like no other!

Paia Inn was the perfect home base for a friends trip to Maui! We loved the location - there were many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, so we could start and end our days without too much driving. The beach access was also such a treat, we appreciated having easy access to the public beach and also having a more secluded space to relax and get a bit more shade. All the Paia Inn staff members were friendly and informative - they generously gave us an extra blanket for our sunrise plans at the Haleakalā summit - and it was a special plus to get to meet some local cats! Our room was comfortable, quiet, and cool, a perfect respite after busy days exploring!

Had the most amazing experience at Paia Inn. It’s located perfectly in town so you can walk everywhere and has beach front access which was not crowded at all. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Cheyenne was friendly and SO helpful in showing us all the amenities and telling us about the best spots in town. Cannot recommend this place enough, definitely my favorite spot on the island.

Beware, the guy that owns this property is wash down surfer, Rick Markham, I had the displeasure of being one of his tenants at one of his properties in Paia.. beware lots of illegal activity, he will direct his staff to conduct illegal search on you rooms, he made one of our housemates homeless, because she pooped on the couched, yet it is still illegal, please beware from staying here or from conducting business with him, he is not human, just the devil, stealing from people everything he is able. I lived on his green house, he stole 3 deposits, do no trust him hi is a criminal.

Enjoyed our stay. Always a disappointment that their restaurant is closed, and property access to the ocean was not possible due to irrosion. Despite no pool, no direct ocean access, no room service or spa, we still had a good time being in town. Pretty expensive rooms though.

This is a charming boutique hotel which just happened to be super-convenient location-wise for the Cycle to the Sun race event. Right next to the bike shop that organized the event and close to the start line. It also has access to a beautiful beach and is smack in the middle of Paia town with plenty of food and shopping options.

Epic Maui Experience!
Paia Inn was a perfect spot to stay. It was centrally located for all the places we visited. Honestly, my mornings were the best because of the nespresso bar! Hotels rarely have good coffee- that was a huge bonus.
