Paia Inn was the perfect home base for a friends trip to Maui! We loved the location - there were many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, so we could start and end our days without too much driving. The beach access was also such a treat, we appreciated having easy access to the public beach and also having a more secluded space to relax and get a bit more shade. All the Paia Inn staff members were friendly and informative - they generously gave us an extra blanket for our sunrise plans at the Haleakalā summit - and it was a special plus to get to meet some local cats! Our room was comfortable, quiet, and cool, a perfect respite after busy days exploring!

Had the most amazing experience at Paia Inn. It’s located perfectly in town so you can walk everywhere and has beach front access which was not crowded at all. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Cheyenne was friendly and SO helpful in showing us all the amenities and telling us about the best spots in town. Cannot recommend this place enough, definitely my favorite spot on the island.

We loved our stay at the Paia Inn! The downtown is quaint, and has great restaurants and coffee shops. My wife got up and watched the sunrise with me every morning through the short walk from our room to the shore. One morning had a huge sea turtle resting on the sand and we thanked God for his goodness each morning together. Highly recommend the Paia Inn including the amazing staff, location and comfy beds! We will definitely stay there the next visit to Maui 🤙🏻

Charming, small hotel in Paia Small, dated, yet charming hotel. Rooms at the front are facing very busy road. Really noisy road. There is no sound proof from it. Rooms towards the back of the building are fine. The hotel is clean, morning coffee is free. Reception is excellent, staff very helpful, including super nice cleaning ladies. Location right in the center of Paia. Plenty of parking spaces available.

Lovely Little Inn Lovely little Inn. Centrally located and convenient to walk everywhere in Paia. Our room was small but comfortable. We were on the street side, so unfortunately heard traffic all night and had two nights of little sleep. I would definitely recommend and stay there again, but in a quiter room.

Agree with a lot of the recent reviews. We have stayed in ‘23 and ‘24 for Easter. Sadly we are staying elsewhere this year. Rooms in disrepair , no service really, beach chairs which you have to carry are often taken, clean towels not available. Vana the restaurant was wonderful in ‘23 but last year ran out of sushi and wine and mezcal most nights. I hear they are now closed as the property is for sale . It’s super expensive for what it offers. Could be a gem. Hope a new buyer renovates to what could be a very special stay
