It’s good for families with kids. Very spacious and has all the amenities like stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer and etc.
It’s very reasonably priced too.
Unfortunately, the building is old and needs lots of work done. Not the cleanest either but a lot is due to the old building.
I guess the cheap rate reflects this. The hotel next door charges double the price for a tiny room. If we compare to that, it’s a good deal.
Reception staff were not friendly at all thou, it was disappointing as usually in Fiji you get friendly and welcoming staff everywhere.
I gave 3 for service only because the night security guy was very nice and friendly, otherwise definitely 0 for service.

The apartments themselves have seen better days. Regarding the profile photo - the furniture is about 10 years old.
Location: 3 hours by car from Nadi, an hour from Sumy. There is practically nothing nearby. An old post abandoned store and restaurant.
During our stay in the apartment, no one cleaned except ourselves.
The rooms are dirty and dusty.
The mirrors in the bathroom are peeling.
I took the Internet to the room for $ 40 - it stopped working in the middle of the day. Apparently the traffic ran out.

Absolutely loved Ultiqa Fiji Palms! Great resort with a great view from unit #3! We had good breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the restaurant on site. The front desk receptionist, Kim?, was awesome as well as the driver Ili. We purchased several of their tours and had a ball- The Jewel of Fiji, Suva tour, Coastal tour and Nadi tour. We enjoyed the Lovo feast and Fijian entertainment with dancing and singing. We spent great times on the beach, in the pool and in the hot tub. It’s a very pretty resort with very friendly staff. We also visited nearby restaurants. It was a wonderful vacation!

My 3rd holiday here but 1st on my own, arriving off the bus from Nadi to Suva at 7pm and greeted by Kim saying welcome home made me feel so welcomed. All the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special, nothing is too much trouble for them! Big shout out to Annie and Vito who checked in to make sure I was ok and Raj for sorting out my wifi issues with phone and TV. Just so grateful to you all, thank you. Across the road is a Dairy and bakery which is well stocked with drinking water and essentials, didn't need to go to the supermarket about a 20min car ride away. Also across the road is a very good restaurant The Establishment, visited there on previous trips as well as this time, always a lovely meal, beer garden has a lovely ambience also. Resort next door has nice meals tho a bit pricey, and had a lovely massage while there...was bliss!

Beautiful resort with friendly and helpful staff. Pool and beach are at your doorstep. Restaurant on site. Beautifully kept gardens. Free WIFI. Apartments clean and spacious.

Nice family like atmosphere. Customer requests were met quickly. Taxi service was readily available when needed. And it's needed because the closest store to buy an toiletries or basics is over an hour away. Supplying beach accessories to rent or purchase while at resort would be helpful. Snorkeling gear, floaties, suntan lotion, bug spray, etc.

Nice place- a bit odd as it seems most of the condo units have family staying in them, many of whom seem to know each other. Feels a little like you’re outsiders staying. Wouldn’t highly recommend (also kind of in the middle of nowhere), but it was nice to have a washer dryer and 2 bedrooms/baths.
