This is a totally misleading hotel with horrible service. One of a kind. 1 room 2 people stay but only give 1 card and say 'it s the rule of the hotel'. When requesting receptionist, she denied twice and even called to the manager but still denied. And then one guy seemed to be the owner saying the 3rd time "it s the rule of the hotel', and if you want 2nd card, you should "beg" for it not saying the hotel is stupid. No and no thanks.

Rất tuyệt. 10 điểm cho chất lượng phục vụ, sạch sẽ, vị trí. Tuy mình chỉ book phòng tiêu chuẩn để ở thử trước, nhưng được hỗ trợ , hướng dẫn chu đáo từ khi booking trên fanpage của hotel, và phòng thì rất mới, rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, có cửa sổ to nên rất thoáng. Hotel hỗ trợ cho mình check-in sớm lúc 12:00 trưa kèm welcome drink (tuy đơn giản chỉ là 1 ly nước nhưng cũng thấy sự chu đáo của hotel management), và còn cho mình 1 thùng nước đá viên để ướp nước uống khi về lại saigon. Mong là hotel này sẽ giữ được chất lượng service tốt như vậy. Gửi lời cám ơn đến tất cả nhân sự của hotel. Sẽ quay lại lưu trú khi đến Bảo Lộc. FB Daniel Nguyen.
