Das luxuriöse an diesem Hotel sind nur der Name und der Preis. Das Zimmer war sehr schäbig, im Bad hing ein Badetuch für zwei Personen, welches sich benutzt anfühlte. Ich habe für zwei Personen inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Als wir dann das Frühstück haben wollten, hieß es, dass es einen Error im System gab und nur einmal Frühstück drin stand. Wir müssten das zweite Frühstück extra bezahlen. Nach ewigen Hin und her bekamen wir dann zweimal Frühstück, mussten aber insgesamt 1,5 Stunden darauf warten. Das Frühstück war nicht sonderlich reichhaltig, eher das Gegenteil. Ich kann garnicht sagen, wie sehr ich darüber enttäuscht bin, in diesem hotel übernachtet zu haben. Es hat nichts, aber auch gar nichts gepasst

Excellent stay; beautiful hotel, professional staff and delicious food. This is a fairly new establishment and they sure checked all the boxes for me, they provided great service and ensure I have everything I need for a comfortable stay. Absolutely perfect for companies, but also for personal stays.

We stayed in this hotel after our flight back to Belgium was cancelled.The hotel is beautiful, food is nice, but most of all the management and reception were the sweetest ever. They helped us with everything. Making call, looking for solutions etc. If ever we come back here, we'll definitely stay in this hotel again.
