최악이었음. 여행 마지막숙소인데 기분잡침
흡연방만 남아있어 몇일전부터 탈취요청 이메일을 호텔측에
보내서 알겠다고 답장도 받났지만 막상 도착해서 체크인할때
직원은 알지도못하고 얼렁뚱땅 넘어가더니 방에도착하니 냄새때문에 눈.코.목이 따가워서 기분 상함.
일본 루트인호텔 이미지가 안좋아짐

I came in at 9pm, the staff was really helpful and provided clear instructions. There was even a onsen bath which I unfortunately did not have time to get into. The breakfast was good too. I have food poisoning and it was all well suited.
