Our maisonette apartment Weiherblick is on the 2nd and 3rd Floor of our completely renovated farmhouse - 12 km from Überlingen on Lake Constance. Here we have created an oasis of wellbeing for you with many lovely details and amenities. Furthermore, our spacious, near-natural site is available. There is plenty of space for playing, barbecuing and, of course, resting and relaxing. You will also find water in the form of a stream, ponds and fish tanks around the house.
The proximity to Lake Constance makes the Happenmühle the ideal starting point for trips to the lake and the hinterland. Hiking trails lead past the house, since this year we also have a bus stop directly at the courtyard.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche WohnungHerzlichen Dank für die 9 erholsamen Tage in der Wohlfühloase. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet in sehr ruhiger Lage, mit allem, was man braucht. Die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber kann man jederzeit ansprechen. Der Garten mit den 2 Weihern ist eine echte Idylle. Die nahe gelegene Stadt Überlingen mit ihrer historischen Altstadt und den netten Cafes würden wir jederzeit gern wieder besuchen. Empfehlenswert auch die Schifffahrt nach Konstanz über Meersburg und die Insel Mainau. Wir möchten die Wohnung allen Bodensee-Reisenden auf jeden Fall empfehlen.Jutta und Dieter Grünwald

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns richtug wohlgefühlt. Unsere Tochter war von dem tollen Garten mit Seilbahn, Schaukel, Kletterparcour und Weiher mit Boot begeistert.

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Familie Bauer für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war ein kleines Paradies und für unsere Tochter (7 J.) ein zauberhafter Spielplatz auf dem es so viel zu entdecken gab. Herr und Frau Bauer sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer superschönen Wohnung mit tollen Gastgebern. Wir waren noch nie in einer so sauberen Wohnung im Urlaub, die mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt für uns vorbereitet wurde. Die Gastgeber waren zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar und haben uns tolle Tips für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben.
Auch der Garten ist wunderschön und man kann sich dort super erholen. Die ganze Familie war rund um glücklich. Herzlichen Dank und wir kommen sicher Mal wieder!

Ein kleines Paradies im Grünen oberhalb des Bodensees
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der liebevoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns nach Ausflügen am Bodensee immer wieder im wunderschönen Garten entspannen können.
Meiner Tochter (8 Jahre), hat vor allem die schnelle Seilbahn und das Ruderbötchen auf dem hauseigenen Weiher gefallen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Eine volle Empfehlung
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und was man sich wünschen kann.
Die Einrichtung ist der Hammer, offen, hell, freundlich, es fehlt wirklich an nichts.
Die Vermieter sind unfassbar freundlich, stets bemüht, für Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
Der Garten ist ein Traum- riesig, mit Teichen, kuscheligen Sitzecken, viel Platz zum Verweilen.
Kurz und bündig- ein Geheimtipp.
