The internet did not work on TV or phone.

Overall was okay but the rooms are definitely dated.
Can be more clean with the beddings as we did find stains on the top of the covers.
The AC also needs to be fixed cause it was so loud and we had to turn it off over night.

We had a really bad experience last night at
Travelodge by Wyndham Owen Sound. At 12:45 AM one of your staff came into our rooms and shocked us and woke my baby up including all our family . This was very stressful and our family are disappointed. Your staff made me come down and have me sign 3 papers for mistake that was caused on his end. We want full compensation….. Who ******** comes into someone else’s room at a hotel after 12 :30. We couldn’t accept this issue and couldn’t sleep . My father inlaw and mother in law including my wife are extremely upset .

One shampoo and two body lotions instead of one body shower wash. Never seen such thin toilet paper. Thinner than one ply. Couldn’t get a picture on the TV. Nothing but static and no signal. Unable to connect unplugged telephone to get help from the front desk, and unable to find where to connect the telephone. Dirty and confusing Heater/Air Conditioner signs and gauges unclear Dirty slats on the air conditioner. NO hair dryer. When I asked at the front desk they said if there wasn’t one in the bathroom we could get one at the front desk!!!!! So did that mean I had to go to the front desk after my shower to get the dryer? Breakfast. The bagel was stale and the yogurt was not cold. However the bed was comfortable.

Many issues with this hotel. Hair in bathroom floor and tub. No elevator. Thick dust on top of the room coffee maker. Sink drain did not work. Only 2 hangers in closet
