Service was good. There was a staff who is stationed at the entrance, checking with guest who arrived by car. They will ask for your name, provided clear instructions of where to park. Unfortunately, I have accidentally left the lights in the car switched on. A few moments later when I was doing my check-in, the front desk staff quickly informed me about it. The facilities are good. Food is really good, very different from the other Hoshino resorts in Aomori that I have stayed. At KAI Tsugaru, it is Kaiseki instead of the usual buffet style. The staff took pains to explain and share the reason for each dish that was served. There are only 41 traditionally-furnished and generously-sized rooms offering both Western and Japanese-style designs which gives a very unique and dedicated experience as compared to other hotels which has many rooms.

Very beautiful clean hotel with great apple onsen bath! Excellent dinner and breakfast. Shamisen performance was entertaining too. We enjoyed staying here!

温泉有蘋果，晚上9點有三味線演出，主唱是常駐已經從精神小夥變成大叔了，副手是餐廳服務員，哈哈。唯一的缺點就是位置實在偏，距離温泉街開車也得5-6分鐘要過一個隧道。早晚餐還可以比較精緻。

久仰星野集團的大名，這是第一次入住其旗下的酒店。“界”系列應該是主打温泉的中高端度假酒店，但這次整體感覺可以説是略感失望了。
首先酒店的位置還算是避世，屬於青森縣大鱷温泉區域。距離弘前市比較近，電車僅需10分鐘，但距離新幹線終點新青森站就比較遠了，要接近1小時電車程。此次9月底的大鱷温泉可能算是淡季，但温度怡人，遊客也不多，車站周邊的温泉村非常寧靜。提前預約會有酒店的班車來大鱷温泉站接送，車程10分鐘左右（後來發現步行20分鐘也可抵達酒店，還是比較近的）。
但一進酒店就明白了星野集團的火爆程度，大廳基本滿席的狀態辦理入住，清凈感瞬間減少很多。酒店面積不大，但塞下了40間客房，比傳統日式温泉酒店商業化了許多。也沒有私湯，公湯也不會輪換，泡湯環境也中規中矩完全無出彩地方。這種配置不應該出現在主打温泉體驗的高端酒店吧。
本次入住2晚，2泊4食。餐食如大多温泉酒店一般會進行輪換。但第一天的餐食體驗好於第二天。整體餐食感受也衹算是本價位的中端水平。或許臨近北部海域，刺身味道還行，但選品很一般。其他食品記憶點就更不強了。

須是盲盒房 也很大整潔 內有兩房間 最多應可住四人. 訂的是一泊兩食 早晚都是全統日餐 食材新鮮豐富。温泉是公湯 不大 用時人不多還可以。之後轉住同集團的奧瀨流 個人比較喜歡這家。

環境安靜美麗，温泉有室內蘋果湯飄着淡淡的蘋果香，室外温泉非常舒服，空氣新鮮，房間寬敞舒適
晚餐很精緻豐富，味道鮮美，特別是魚生非常新鮮，還會再來。
