The cleanliness, the staff, the buffet and the parking, excellent. The room is very large and spacious and very modern. However, I would not choose it again because of the following: the bed was very uncomfortable (hard as it could be), the "pillows" were more like 50cm cushions that were quite hard (it's so hard to put 90cm pillows or even 70cm pillows!) ), the curtains couldn't be drawn, they were badly hooked, the sink was ridiculous: impossible to wash your face without sticking the tap in your eye and throwing all the water out (barely 30cm in diameter; very pretty, very modern, very well placed, but no service.) The magnifying mirror, fixed at chest height (?), and the shower screen, short (the water came out from the top - and I'm 1.70 -) I think If they fixed those details, which detract from a lot of usefulness and service, despite the age of the hotel, it would be very good. Of course, the cleanliness and service, 10.

Hotel con buena ubicación muy limpio,personal amable, la habitación grande ( por poner alguna pega se escucha todo van familias con niños pequeños y gritan mucho y es muy molesto, padres controlen a sus hijos no sois los únicos que se alojan en el hotel )

Hotel grande y espacioso, pero se nota la antigüedad que tiene. El gimnasio totalmente insuficiente. Habitación no muy amplia. Se nota que fue un gran hotel pero se ha quedado algo anticuado,necesita reforma.

去温泉鎮比較近的正規酒店，可以免費停車，有游泳池，在郊外，去那裡都需要開車。 早餐比較簡單

This hotel is some kms away from Ourense, so, a good location to stay if you have a car and want to stay in a more affordable hotel, outside the city. The room was great, spacious with a giant comfortable bed. The renovation done in the bathroom was quite nice too. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, however, the access is done externally, via the parking space, which can be a bit inconvenient. The restaurant serves good burgers and fries.

The hotel was perfect for us as we were travelling around Northern Spain in our campervan and parking in Ourense isn't easy to find in the city and several hotels the parking was not on site and reviews said parking was tight for a car so we would have struggled with our van. The Exe parking was great with plenty of space, there was a lovely outdoor pool area (although we didn't use it as only there for 24 hours). It was easy to get into town from a bus stop a 3 minute walk away opposite the Meson bar/cafe at the junction on the road to the hotel and was 85c each adult each way. The hotel itself is a little dated and basic, not the 5* it says it is but was clean and the beds were comfy and the room had a tv and fridge plus a hairdryer and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The staff were welcoming on arrival. Do not be put off by the location as the bus was easy and cheap and the hotel is not fancy in any way but if you are there to sightsee in Ourense and the room is for showering and sleeping in don't hesitate to book.

El hotel está lejos del centro de Orense y el servicio de autobuses es muy irregular en fin de semana, lo cual hace el desplazamiento muy complicado. Por lo demás, las instalaciones y las habitación están bien. El personal es muy atento y servicial.

Hotel situado a unos 7 km del centro de la ciudad,con lo cual necesitas coche para los desplazamientos,o el servicio de autobuses ,que tienen parada a unos 300 m y una frecuencia de media hora aproximadamente.Dispone de parking gratuito. Mi opinión al ser la estancia con un viaje del Imserso ,( mi primer viaje) ,tal vez sea sólo útil para estos viajeros.Sabia de su situación y características antes de alojarme en èl.Habitación correcta,aunque el aire no funcionaba y tampoco el mando de tv.Baño completo con todo lo necesario.Limpieza normal.El servicio de restauración consistía en desayuno tipo buffet,común a los otros huéspedes,aunque en mesas tan sólo para nosotros.Se puede desayunar muy bien.La cena,en una zona tan sólo para nosotros,( nada que objetar en este sentido).Un primer plato,una ensalada a continuación y un segundo plato y postre,todo igual para todos.Este servicio no me gustó ni a mi , ni a mis compañeros de mesa,creo que se podría mejorar.El servicio rápido y eficiente. Dispone de piscina que supongo que en verano,será muy de agradecer.Si buscas tranquilidad desde luego aquí la encontrarás,pues no hay nada alrededor del hotel.A aproximadamente 1km hay un par de sitios donde puedes comer,si viajas en MP,pregunta en recepción que te informan sin problema.

Habitación muy correcta y un baño espectacular. Conocemos este hotel por habernos alojado muchas veces. Está alejado del centro de la ciudad lo que hace que haya que utilizar el coche para todo pero merece la pena y por eso nos seguimos alojando. LA nueva gerencia del hotel ha reformado la sala de desayunos y ha quedado mucho más grande y completa. La calidad del desayuno ex excelente. El poder disponer de bebidas y snacks gratis en la nevera de la habitación todo un detallazo

Hotel un poco dejado. Necesita un pequeño lavado de cara . Maravillosos los chicos de recepción y desayuno . La piscina muy bien pero también necesita modernizarse. El.socorrista simpático. Buen lugar para ver la ribera sacra como punto de partida

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, necesita una renovación. Las habitaciones están limpias pero necesitan una reforma: se escucha todo el ruido de los vecinos de otras habitaciones y sobre el baño destacar que te escurres en la bañera, ausencia de tapones en el lavabo o el latiguillo de la ducha estaba roto, entre otros. Lo bueno del hotel es que tiene párking gratuito para clientes y piscina. Se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Ourense. Según tu exquisitez deberías considerar ir a este hotel o acudir a otro.
